| 5:30pm | SandCastles staff arrive at the
site and begin preparing for the arrival of families.

| 6:15pm | Families begin to arrive and
partake in a light dinner. This is a time for new and returning
families to mingle with each other and with SandCastles facilitators.

| 6:45pm | Age appropriate groups are
formed and break off to begin their session away from the other groups.
The adults join together in a facilitated group as well.
Groups begin with "circle time" when group members have the opportunity to introduce themselves and share why they are here.

| 8:00pm | Groups sessions complete and
families reassemble. Time for good-byes, until the next meeting.
Facilitators and staff begin their debriefing sessions to review what happened in each group. This is part of SandCastles' plan to continually evaluate its effort to ensure we are providing exactly what our communities request.
